Shipping Policy  

We use reputable South African couriers to get your Angela Jewellery delivered quickly to your door. Every parcel that leaves our office has a tracking number which we can use to track the progress of that parcel effortlessly. When a parcel is booked out with our couriers, our system automatically updates your order with your tracking number and notifies you either by email or SMS. 

Shipping times do vary slightly depending on your delivery address. 


We typically deliver within 3-7 days anywhere in South Africa, but occasionally parcels may have slightly longer delivery times because your location is in an outlying area. If you haven't received your order after 7 days, please get in touch with us on info@angelasa.com and you can also call or watsapp us on +27 67 351 4765 during working hours (09:00am - 17:00pm) mon - fri 


IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OUR ESWATINI CUSTOMERS:

In a case where you are shopping from both our stores (Hermosa Flor Cosmetics and Angela SA) at the same time, please pay shipping from one site then immediately contact our office before completing your sale on the other store, this twill help save you from paying shipping on both sites.

*IMPORTANT: We can not guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes and duties. However, if any additional customs or import duties are charged by the applicable country's revenue authority once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer the parcel belongs to. This applies only to international ORDERS.
